Kim Zolciak Calls Police on Husband Kroy Biermann Amid Turbulent Divorce

Kim Zolciak, a former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has alleged that her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, violated a court order. In a distressing 911 call placed on April 26, Kim can be heard urgently seeking assistance. TMZ obtained a recording of the call and footage from a police officer’s body camera.

According to Kim’s report to the police, Kroy allegedly breached a court order from December 2023 which mandated that they live separately within their Atlanta, Georgia mansion. Before calling the police, Kim stated that Kroy had taken her phone and barricaded himself in the master bedroom. Her voice was emotional as she described the situation to the dispatcher.

He entered my nanny’s room and is going through my entire phone. He’s locked himself inside, going through all my belongings. He’s taking everything out of my nanny’s suite. He entered while I was inside, Kim explained.

She continued, deeply upset, “He’s been screaming and yelling all night … I feel so violated. I have documents related to the divorce in there, along with many other items. Going through my phone is insane … I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this.”

When asked by the dispatcher if she was in immediate danger, Kim clarified that there were no weapons involved, but she expressed uncertainty about Kroy’s intentions. She confirmed that medical assistance was not needed.

The body camera footage revealed police officers at their residence while Kim accused Kroy of frequently entering her living area of the mansion.

“This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense,” Kim lamented. “I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”

Meanwhile, Kroy denied all allegations made by Kim.
